Project Assistant / Office Coordinator (f/m/d)
Part-time, hybrid (Berlin / remote)

Our interior design studio in the heart of Berlin stands for high-quality design, bespoke concepts, and a boutique mindset. To support our continued creative growth, we are looking for a highly organized and proactive team member – someone with both an eye for structure and a strong affinity for design and communication.

What to expect
 

As a Project Assistant, you will be the organizational backbone of our studio – and a strategic partner in shaping our brand. Your tasks will include:

  • Preparing quotes and invoices

  • Coordinating orders, bookings, and delivery schedules

  • Supporting project execution and handling weekly bookkeeping

 

At the same time, we welcome your input in shaping our brand vision – whether it’s in communication, marketing processes, or creative brand development.

 

Your profile

  • Experience in assistance, accounting, project coordination, or procurement

  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail

  • Initial experience or interest in creative fields (design, branding, communication, etc.)

  • Independent, forward-thinking working style

  • Solid Office skills (ideally: Lexware, G Suite)

  • A desire to help build and structure a growing boutique studio
