Project Assistant / Office Coordinator (f/m/d)
Part-time, hybrid (Berlin / remote)
Our interior design studio in the heart of Berlin stands for high-quality design, bespoke concepts, and a boutique mindset. To support our continued creative growth, we are looking for a highly organized and proactive team member – someone with both an eye for structure and a strong affinity for design and communication.
What to expect
As a Project Assistant, you will be the organizational backbone of our studio – and a strategic partner in shaping our brand. Your tasks will include:

Preparing quotes and invoices

Coordinating orders, bookings, and delivery schedules

Supporting project execution and handling weekly bookkeeping
At the same time, we welcome your input in shaping our brand vision – whether it’s in communication, marketing processes, or creative brand development.
Your profile

Experience in assistance, accounting, project coordination, or procurement

Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail

Initial experience or interest in creative fields (design, branding, communication, etc.)

Independent, forward-thinking working style

Solid Office skills (ideally: Lexware, G Suite)

A desire to help build and structure a growing boutique studio
